Welcome to this very short 100th episode of Hasta la Byebye! ::Tosses confetti::
Today I went on to the poker server where they hold the college tournament and entered a free tournament at about 1400 hours. About four hours and twenty minutes later, I was finally removed from the field that started at 6000, but since had winnowed down to 24. I went out in style too--losing three straight big hands that I came agonizingly close to winning.
And I won $4.70. If it were work, it sure as hell wouldn't be worth it, but damn! W00t! $4.70 from nothing! Ladies and gentlemen, I will never die!
At least I won't die if I complete my homework which has been sorely neglected. Salutations, my old smelly blankets. Hasta la byebye.

The max, actually, is 6000 people. I think there were a little less than 3000. But still, very impressive!

No no--I won 24th place in the normal tournament, not the college one. The college one did indeed have about 3000 people, and I got knocked out pretty damn early there... while trying at the same time to play in the one where I eventually wound up winning cash.
Said cash, by the way, is now gone. Dammit.
